Welcome home Murci, the first international MURCItour and all things Murci
The childhood heroes unite
2025 will bring the focus back to the SLR and the Murci.
"Lambogate" is still not resolved and I just can’t wait to get it all sorted before I end a few careers. I gladly will! So, watch out, messing with the Murci means messing with me. Especially from now on - I’ll be the one taking care of the car.
This also means I’ll be just as responsible for the content from now on. The Murci will receive the same “a car is a car when a car is a car” treatment as the SLR (if you’re not familiar with the “duck test”, please, check it out. I apply it to everything in life and it works every time).
Some of you get pissed at me for treating the SLR as a car and not as a garage artefact. Sorry, but there are no garage queens here. We’re not car hoarders. If a car is still in the garage, this means it’s being driven. Hence why we parted ways with the silver SLR. We’re not car collectors, either. We are car enthusiasts, car enjoyers. Neither of us started the content creation about the cars to become famous or an influencer. We rarely show our faces. We do it for the cars, for the car community, for the passion. There is a missing piece in content creation in general and that’s authenticity and talking from your own unfiltered experience. That’s what we do. We treat the cars as cars and we share what it means to live with them. Sometimes it’s glorious, sometimes it’s tedious. But we’re here to share the both sides of ownership.
The Murci will be safe and at home here. It’s always been welcomed. To me, the Murci and the SLR make sense together a lot and I’m super thrilled to have the freedom to create with both of them now.
So, I’m planning the very first MURCItour. Monaco is meh, so we’ll scout other destinations in the upcoming months and once we pull the trigger, I’ll post all the details! It’ll be in Europe for sure, though.
2025 is going to be a busy one. I’ll be hitting the racetracks with the M2 alongside the 720S. Two international trips for the exotics, some cars will leave the garage, a few new are expected to join it. But the core couple - the SLR and the Murci are keepers for the time being.
